Mandatory Qualifications :

  • Minimum Graduate Degree is required. BS/MS degree in HR or any related field or in any specialization, MBA grad's preferred.
  • Proven working experience in the HR field is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrative skills.
  • Analytical thinking and must be highly updated with the current trends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with Manpower partners on the delivery of requirements shared.
  • Discussing & Coordinating with HR team in scheduling of Interviews.
  • Getting the documents and due diligence checks as per process.
  • Monitoring & Measuring  Vendors performance across locations.
  • As of now WFH but the workplace would be Madhees HQ @ Hyderabad.
