High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency about the recruitment process.
Ability to interact with professionals at all levels of an organization.
Ability to rapidly learn about internal organization structure, culture, and hiring practices.
Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster, Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
