Strong credentials in People management
Strong knowledge of digital marketing is a must

Experience in directly managing and supervising a big media team with a decent org structure
Should have handled the operations for US-based clients
Flexibility with the night shifts
Should be ready to travel abroad for business requirements
Mandatory Qualifications :
Lead the delivery teams to consistently achieve high levels of performance and quality in their respective projects.
Mentor and Coach managers and leads that report to you on operational excellence, people management, and proactive customer service.
Achieve an NPS of more than 8 for all engagements you are responsible for from a delivery standpoint.
Support and provide strategic input to the Sales and Client Engagement teams in on-boarding new clients, converting new opportunities and building trust in the existing engagements.
Be a strategic partner for the organization in achieving annual goals.
Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost the delivery effectiveness
Coordinate with the clients, gather information, implement strategies and action plan to meet their requirements
Identify, prepare and track suitable metrics depending on the process, which would form the basis achieving continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery teams.
Liaise with the local and onsite teams to share the best practices
Make sure all process have complete documentation and training materials • Manage resources optimally considering new opportunities, replacement, attrition, etc
Conduct frequent meetings and reviews to understand the resource health
invest in the personal development of the operations team to transform them into a successful one.
