We are hiring Engineering Manager with 10-15 Years of work experience. Our engineering team is growing, and we’re looking for great leaders who can help us attract, mentor, and retain more great engineers. We believe that exceptional employees are the key to our success and are looking for a senior manager who can coach these employees and help align their goals with organizational needs while building great software products. This role will lead squads which will be responsible for integrating out leaner experience system with the rest of the LMS’s and also aggregate content from other platforms to our Learner experience portal.

Mandatory Qualifications :


  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with overall 12+ years of experience in building and delivering complex mission-critical applications and projects.
  • Solid understanding of team management theory.
  • Hands-on coding experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices and Angular/React.
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and leading engineering function that includes large teams that are globally distributed in nature with continuous development & testing model being practiced.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, goal setting, mediation and career planning.
  • Experience building scalable, highly available, performant API services.
  • Experience building robust, reusable, well tested, documented, distributable modules that provide key capabilities to an organization.
  • Experience and passion for championing and mentoring others in software development best practices appropriate for the domain.
  • Experience with SQL and non-SQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB.
  • Expertise with both object-oriented and functional software design principles.
  • Experienced with Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment best practices.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional Scrum team.
  • Experience using Git and related tools like GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.
  • Experience with DevOps / infrastructure systems.
  • Experience with web platforms such as Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in delivering technical presentations.
  • Expertise in delivering system-level technical design and documentation.
  • Good communicator and motivator who is always looking for improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, guide and mentor a team of 4-6 Architects and Sr Developers; support their growth and make the organization more productive, functional, and innovative.
  • Own technical direction to design and deliver scalable, performant, and resilient systems.
  • Implement engineering best practices and drive continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with a geographically distributed team of Product/Project Managers, Architects, Developers, QA, and UAT members to deliver strategic programs.
  • Actively participate in planning, estimation, review, and execution to help build capabilities to deliver on the product vision.
  • Provide transparency to leadership through regular communication.
  • Be an active learner who is up for expanding your breadth of knowledge.
