Job Title: Global Partner Admin

Job Description :

we're currently seeking an administrative support role for its Partners and Channels business in the Hyderabad, India office. The ideal candidate must have experience in account coordination, administration, and knowledge of Marketo and SFDC. The candidate will be supporting a global Partners team located in various regions and must able to work independently.

Required Skills :

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • 1-3 years experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Marketo
  • Knowledge and experience with reporting
  • Experience with SFDC
  • Experience in a sales support role a plus

Education and Certifications 

  • BS degree in Information Systems, Sales, Marketing, Business or other related degree

Mandatory Qualifications :

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage Partner demo sites, refresh data 
  • Monitor the Partner chat 
  • Maintain Partner web-page marketplace 
  • Maintain tools and repository materials for Channel Managers 
  • Manage and track Ennoblement training SOWs 
  • Update Marketo and other Partner mailing lists 
  • Track how Partner effectiveness/satisfaction correlates to training completion and engagement 

metrics such as: 

  •  Report on Partner use of ennoblement offerings (downloads, click-through rates, page views, doc views and more) 
  •  Send individualized activity reports to Partner contacts 
  • Facilitate getting Partner questions answered with DevOps
  • Maintain current information on Channel U dashboard to improve frequency of messaging and improve usability around new efforts 
  • Assist with contact set up for Partners in SFDC 
  • Able to work independently to complete tasks on schedule and meet deadlines
