Are you a Marketing Operations professional that’s looking for a tremendous career opportunity to grow with a global leader in the learning space? We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist with 4+ Years of relevant work experience in our Hyderabad Location. The Marketing Operations Specialist reports into a forward-thinking Marketing Operations team and is primarily responsible for acting as the marketing operations lead on an agile marketing squad. The ideal candidate will be comfortable executing marketing initiatives across various marketing channels. In addition to execution, the Marketing Operations Specialist will act as an advisor for the agile marketing squad offering Marketo best practices and marketing campaign optimization.

Mandatory Qualifications :


  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eager to always go above and beyond.
  • Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage to schedule and priorities
  • Comfortable presenting in front of stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Marketo experience, including hands-on experience building and optimizing marketing programs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Marketo Certified Expert certificate is strongly preferred.
  • North America or EMEA working hours and comfortable working with global teams
  • OPTIONAL: Agile Marketing experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build, execute, and report on marketing campaigns across various channels by leveraging both Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Act as an advisor to the agile marketing team by offering guidance and best practices during campaign conception and creation.
  • Continuously look for areas to improve.
  • Present findings & results on active and historical marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively stay ahead of demand generation and marketing automation best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
