Job Description :

We are looking for a Btech or a Diploma Graduate who must have 1- 6 Yrs. of selling experience in Project Selling, Elevators & Captive equipment’s, building material industry (wires, cables, Doors, UPVC doors, windows, sanitary ware, bath fittings, laminates, facades, Aluminium Composite panels, faucets, wood floorings, wallpapers, aluminium cladding…etc.). People with high energy level and positive attitude shall be able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization. Preference would be given to candidates having previous experience in Doors i.e. Hollow Metal, Industrial or Commercial door’s Industry.

EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY: (Total yrs of experience) 

• Incumbent should have experience in Project Selling, Elevators & Captive equipment’s, building material industry (wires, cables, Doors, UPVC doors, windows, sanitary ware, bath fittings, laminates, facades, Alumunium Composite panels, faucets, wood floorings, wall papers, alumunium cladding…etc.). 

• Should be well versed in handling Building material products pertaining to Industrial, commercial and Residential. Candidates from relevant industry would be given preference.


Mandatory Qualifications :


• Incumbent for the position would be overall responsible for branch operations, sales, and collection of his region allocated. 
• Generate enquirers & send for offer generation in prescribed format. Receive offer, check for correctness and forward to client. 
• Follow up with client on submitted offers, negotiate and close the order in line with company policies. 
• Check received orders for correctness; ask for amendments if any from client. 
• To provide the correct data to coordination / technical team for receiving drawings if any. Take sign off from client on drawings and final offer made. 
• Should be able to get Job cards organized, in line with offer / PO received and send to coordination along with Work order and all necessary documents. 

Should be able to monitor and check and payments due & other allied activities as per terms accepted. Provide clearance for dispatch of doors. 
• Should be able to guide and Inform services team on installation & troubleshoot at his level if essential. Check from the team similarly and see that the service standards are upto the mark. 
• Provide necessary reports i.e. MIS and information as required by management from time to time. 
• Incumbent must be able to Meet architects / consultants for specifying our products and get new business. 
• Incumbent should develop new customers / area & manage existing customers 
• Incumbent should Visit the project site and get first hand feel of the site conditions and then plan for next activity. 
• Should be willing to manage product mix of residential, industrial & commercial doors. 
• Provide necessary help and support to team members from other verticals. 
• Should be able to mentor and develop team in line of organizational needs from time to time. 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Apart from regular activities ) 
? Customer relations management and customer service for both Internal & external customers. 
• Candidate must have 8 - 11 Yrs. selling experience in elevators / escalator/ electrical equipment / material handling equipment / generators / switch gears / cold room equipment, he should be well versed to sell industrial product. 
• Ability to work independently and get the business desired. 
• Incumbent should be willing to travel extensively. 
• Proficiency in MS office i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
